Satellites are located in Germany, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and Hungary. The competition authority gave its approval in March. The official foundation took place on July 15 in Salzburg. Business operations will start in January 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s dual leadership is formed by managing directors Jarno Bor (Service 24) and Dirk Fr\u00f6hlich (ADAC Truckservice).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;24\/7 ASSISTANCE pursues a clear strategy.
