At booth 331 in hall A6, the company will show its new  product range, which focuses on the presentation of mobility packages to cover the costs for one’s own fleet. “A breakdown or accident happens quickly and can cause high follow-up costs,” emphasizes Jarno Bor, managing director at 24/7 ASSISTANCE. “Our Mobility Packages consist of various modules that ensure that cost coverage is as high as possible and that the risk remains calculable,” he continues.

The “Pay-per-Year” Mobility Package, which 24/7 ASSISTANCE has in its trade show luggage, is a VATbased service product that reimburses a fixed cost contribution for modularly selectable services. This includes not only a complete emergency call organization including repairs, towing and everything that is needed – certain costs are also covered via flat rates. The amount of these contributions depends on the selection of various modules, which include intervention costs through to cost contributions for towing and technical emergency services. The annual payment guarantees calculation security in fleet management through comprehensive financial protection. Modules such as “Mobility Truck” and “Mobility Trailer” are available for selection, as well as special packages to support drivers in the event of a breakdown and to provide roadside assistance in the case of tire emergencies.

Alternatively, those who do not wish to commit to an annual payment for the moment can get a flexible solution for their fleet with 24/7 Truck Assistance. The pay-per-use system offers brandindependent assistance services for trucks, trailers, tires and drivers throughout Europe around the clock, but the company only pays for the services it actually uses. Release and order processes are individually stored in the system.

All Mobility packages – no matter whether the customer opts for a pay-per-year or pay-per-use service – offer brand- and vehicle-independent access to a network of more than 40,000 service providers in Europe around the clock, seven days a week. The service is offered in 27 languages.
