Example of use

A vehicle manufacturer wants a package to take care of its drivers in Europe. This includes medical first aid for minor ailments such as headache, stomachache or toothache up to transport and accommodation in hotels or inns if a vehicle of this manufacturer cannot be repaired at short notice after a breakdown. If this occurs, the driver is picked up, taken to the accommodation, provided with a meal and transported back to the workshop to continue the journey in his own truck. The registration of the vehicles on an online platform, the creation of the general terms and conditions, the creation of the certificate for the customer up to the payment option for the services is set up and managed centrally by 24/7 ASSISTANCE. This means that the vehicle manufacturer’s sales staff can include the services in the sale throughout Europe and carry out a prompt, simple registration.

Contract management is a collective term for us – we manage one or more services from a single source. For example, we create a European emergency call for (vehicle) manufacturers, parts suppliers, insurance companies, leasing companies, rental companies and many more. We set up these services in the required European countries and languages, depending on your needs. Project management, training, the necessary software support, the preparation of certificates and all project-related services are organised and set up by us from a single source. A central customer service (dedicated key account manager) ensures optimal support and communication between you and us.

You decide whether services are to be provided on a national or international level. You tell us what you want, we present you with suitable options and discuss the ideal strategy with you. International expansion is possible at any time, but not mandatory.

Our contract management not only includes (technical) assistance services, but can be set up for all customer areas – regardless of whether it is 1st level support, medical support and/or network support. In addition, we set up cross-industry and cross-product services for you nationally and internationally.
