With our highly efficient, web-based assistance software, we manage your assistance completely. Integrated card verification systems, workshop connections as well as external accesses for validations and updatres ensure efficient work and the fastest possible support for your concerns. We can link your system directly to our software via an API interface.

Our Mobility offer:
A vehicle manufacturer wants to supplement the existing two-year warranty for its vehicles, which no longer includes towing in the second year, for customers from Europe. For this purpose, 24/7 ASSISTANCE sets up a service product on a VAT basis, which does not include towing in the second year, but also driver assistance including taxi and hotel costs as well as possible parking fees for truck and trailer. In return, the manufacturer pays a lump sum each year with which he can activate the services for a certain number of vehicles.
If the manufacturer opts for this package, he has not only supplemented his services for the second warranty year, but extended them with additional services that are not offered by competitors. This gives him a decisive competitive advantage.
What is the difference between Mobility and Assistance?
In addition to the general term, “Assistance” is a so-called “Pay-Per-Use” system with us. You can make use of our (emergency) assistance services – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, the costs of the services have to be paid. With “Mobility” services, certain services are divided into modules and you receive a cost contribution for certain services. We call these services “Pay-Per-Year” systems and group them under the umbrella term “Mobility”.
Do the Mobility products also organise services that are not included in the package?
Yes, because the Mobility packages always include the organisation of all mobility services – from technical breakdown assistance to towing, from safety services to hotel accommodation. There are no additional costs for this.
Assuming one towing per year with 1,500 EUR cost coverage is included. What is the procedure if a towing costs, for example, 2,000 euros?
If service costs exceed the cost contribution from the modular mobility packages, we organise a so-called “COP” (Confirmation Of Payment) to cover the additional costs. This is usually done directly with you, and we accept a number of fuel and credit cards as well as many online payment methods. In any case, the service is fully organised and taken care of.
