With our Emergency Assistance Card, in your company layout, we offer you an efficient way to build customer loyalty. The card provides its holder with a range of emergency services. The card can be ordered by phone at any time, is based on the MasterCard system with global acceptance and enables emergency payments. If top-ups are made to the card, they are only available for 24 hours. After this time, any credit balances are automatically deleted again.
Is the customer care service a call centre service like teleshopping or telemarketing?
No. We do not set up classic call centre services, but provide our customers with high-quality customer care and not product sales. Our customer care service, which is offered in the form of 1st or 2nd level support, is provided by telephone, SMS, mail or, on request, via chat. All services delivered are related to emergency service or customer support services.
In which languages is the service offered?
If desired, we can set up a European Customer Care Service. This includes all national languages spoken in Europe. A decentralised structure ensures a high quality services answered by a human, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Do I have to draw up separate contracts with each country or for each language?
No, because we always set up a central contract for you and implement, train and support the international structure according to your specifications. A central contact person is always available to you for support, training and implementation.
