In 2021, the German ADAC Truckservice and the Austrian Service 24 founded a new European mobility service provider for the commercial vehicle sector.
The 50:50 joint venture called 24/7 GmbH, which will appear on the market with immediate effect under the brand 24/7 ASSISTANCE, bundles sales, marketing and product development of both services as an umbrella company. 24/7 ASSISTANCE thus has direct access to a network of over 40,000 authorised workshops in all European countries. ADAC Truckservice and Service 24 will remain as independent national service companies. They are part of the 24/7 ASSISTANCE brand and concentrate on the qualitative expansion of the infrastructure.
The company is based in Salzburg, Austria. Satellites are located in Germany, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and Hungary. The competition authority gave its approval in March 2021 and the company was officially founded in Salzburg on 15 July 2021.
