If customers cannot pay on an invoice basis or a workshop does not want to accept cash payment, 24/7 GmbH’s “Virtual Payment Terminal” (VPT) is the ideal solution to still provide the desired service as quickly as possible.
Example of Instant Payment
A driver of customer Antoni from Poland has a flat tyre at 11.30 p.m. on Sunday and urgently needs an emergency tyre service. The driver contacts the 24/7 ASSISTANCE service centre. Since Antoni is neither registered with 24/7 ASSISTANCE nor has an assistance package been purchased, a deposit (account) payment must be made, in this case before the emergency is passed on.
While a normal bank transfer would take several days, Antoni now receives a link to his E-mail address. This leads to the “Virtual Payment Terminal” (VPT) of 24/7 ASSISTANCE, where Antoni can select his desired payment method.
One of the payment methods offered is “Przelewy24”. After selecting and confirming, Antoni can carry out his payment process immediately and receives immediate confirmation, as does the 24/7 ASSISTANCE service team. The requested emergency tyre service can now be activated immediately and without delay.

What exactly is Instant Payment from 24/7 GmbH?
If you unexpectedly need an emergency service but are not registered with us, we will still be very happy to help you. After consultation with you, we will arrange for the services to be carried out and you can pay for the services conveniently and easily using our “instant payment” solutions. These are most petrol and credit cards, but also online payment methods such as iDeal, Apple-Pay, EPS, Prszelewy24, etc. This way you can immediately release a service and the payment is made online, by e-mail or by phone.
Do you know exactly what amount is needed?
In cases where we do not know the exact service costs required, we receive a “maximum COP request” (COP = Confirmation Of Payment) from the service providers. We request this sum from you as an instant payment. Any credit balances will be returned to you after receipt of the invoice. The return is made in the same way as you made the payment to us.
